Requirements
- Proven experience in HR, People Operations, or People Programs.
- Experience managing structured initiatives or cyclical programs at scale.
- Ability to think strategically while remaining highly hands-on in execution.
- Familiarity with Workday or similar HRIS is a plus
- Comfortable partnering with HRBPs and operational stakeholders.
- High attention to detail, structure, and process ownership.
Responsibilities
- Design, redesign, and execute People and HR programs, including step/level frameworks, eligibility structures, and internal initiatives.
- Run recurring HR cycles such as compensation reviews, promotions, and goal-setting processes end-to-end.
- Collaborate closely with HRBPs and Operations teams to align People initiatives with business needs.
- Lead the day-to-day execution of People programs, ensuring timelines, communication, and delivery quality.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement and strategic evolution of internal People processes.
- Act as a project manager within HR initiatives, maintaining structure, documentation, and stakeholder alignment.
