Requirements

  • Proven experience in HR, People Operations, or People Programs.
  • Experience managing structured initiatives or cyclical programs at scale.
  • Ability to think strategically while remaining highly hands-on in execution.
  • Familiarity with Workday or similar HRIS is a plus
  • Comfortable partnering with HRBPs and operational stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail, structure, and process ownership.

Responsibilities

  • Design, redesign, and execute People and HR programs, including step/level frameworks, eligibility structures, and internal initiatives.
  • Run recurring HR cycles such as compensation reviews, promotions, and goal-setting processes end-to-end.
  • Collaborate closely with HRBPs and Operations teams to align People initiatives with business needs.
  • Lead the day-to-day execution of People programs, ensuring timelines, communication, and delivery quality.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement and strategic evolution of internal People processes.
  • Act as a project manager within HR initiatives, maintaining structure, documentation, and stakeholder alignment.
