This role serves as a key local representative of People Practices, ensuring a best-in-class employee and candidate experience. It involves driving engagement with learning and development, partnering in the execution of cultural programming, onboarding, interview coordination, and builder development program success. The position is pivotal as the first point of contact for employees (Admin & Craft) to connect them with the right resources and support within People Operations. This role will report to the PP Business Partner and focus on supporting employees in the local business unit, on large/mega project job sites, or across the Enterprise for a Corporate Services workgroup or Family of Companies.
