About The Position

We are looking for a strategic, empathetic People Partner to own the end-to-end employee experience and drive talent initiatives across both our corporate and clinical teams. Reporting directly to the VP of People, you will act as a trusted advisor to leaders and managers across the organization, coaching them to unblock their teams, resolve complex remote employee relations, and build clear growth paths for their people. From executing seamless performance and compensation cycles to launching actionable engagement initiatives, you will play a pivotal role in scaling our culture, elevating leadership capabilities, and ensuring our distributed workforce feels supported and empowered to do their best work. Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience specifically as a People/HR Business Partner or People Partner, ideally within a fully remote environment.
  • Prior experience supporting a mix of corporate staff and hourly, frontline, or clinical/healthcare teams, with a deep understanding of the unique engagement and operational needs of both.
  • Proven track record of independently managing complex employee relations, conflict resolution, and investigations remotely, while balancing empathy with strict compliance and documentation.
  • Direct experience helping design, scale, and execute company-wide talent milestones, including performance calibrations, promotion cycles, and merit/compensation reviews.
  • Strong background in coaching people managers through difficult conversations and team friction, alongside hands-on experience designing and facilitating virtual leadership development or training programs.
  • Demonstrated experience building structured career ladders, growth pathways, and succession/development plans for high-potential employees across diverse departments.
  • Experience using HR data, pulse surveys, and exit interview insights to identify cultural trends and build actionable retention initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end employee lifecycle for corporate and clinical teams, managing virtual onboarding, executing exit interviews, and running pulse surveys to turn feedback into actionable culture initiatives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for complex remote employee relations and conflict resolution, providing objective, empathetic guidance while ensuring compliance and documentation standards.
  • Partner with VP of People to design and execute the annual performance review cycle, including creating training content, building review frameworks, and facilitating fair and equitable performance calibrations.
  • Coach and support people managers on navigating difficult conversations, resolving team friction, and using performance management frameworks to unblock and unlock their teams' potential.
  • Support the annual promotion and compensation change processes, building clear approval workflows and equipping managers with the training needed to deliver compensation decisions transparently.
  • Collaborate with vertical leaders to design, implement, and maintain structured growth paths and career progression frameworks across different departments and levels.
  • Design, deliver, and track virtual training programs for corporate staff while facilitating specialized leadership development initiatives to elevate manager capabilities.
  • Identify critical organizational roles, build robust internal succession paths, and support managers in designing custom development plans for high-potentials and top performers.
