About The Position

As a People and Organization (P&O) People Partner, you will partner with the Siemens Mobility NAM organization, serving as the primary point of contact for people and leaders on P&O-related matters. Your role will focus on creating a consistent and positive people experience, acting as a champion for People Experience (PX) and fostering trust, inclusion, growth, and well-being. You will contribute to the evolution of the P&O interaction model, promoting standardization, operational excellence, and compliance with labor laws and P&O regulations. This position is located in Alpharetta, GA, and requires the candidate to live in the Atlanta, GA area. Relocation assistance is not provided.

Requirements

Excellent academic background, ideally in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
Significant P&O experience with a passion for people experience and local people-focused strategies in a global, dynamic environment.
Solid expertise and the ability to manage sensitive and complex people relations matters with integrity, emotional intelligence, and professionalism.
Strong trust-building and collaboration skills, connecting the dots as a trusted advisor to people, leaders, teams, and across the P&O ecosystem.
Deep understanding of compliance frameworks, labor laws, employee relations, and local regulatory requirements.
Growth mindset demeanor, adaptability, and willingness to drive transformation.
Clear and confident communicator and team player.

Responsibilities

Act as a trusted partner by staying close to the organization's pulse and serving as the point of contact for people and leaders on people-related topics requiring human judgment and interaction.
Handle complex cases and emotionally sensitive people-related situations, ensuring a consistent and high-quality people experience.
Proactively ensure local compliance with labor laws, P&O policies, and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate closely with people representatives and adapt global policies to local needs only where required.
Build strong partnerships with Labor Relations, Impact Teams, Siemens Mobility People Partners, Shared Services, and other P&O teams to ensure excellence in execution, compliance, and experience delivery.
Amplify and drive adoption of the standard P&O portfolio.
Identify automation opportunities and contribute to data and knowledge management for AI readiness.
Contribute to the simplification and harmonization of policies and processes to drive AI readiness and automation with Global Business Services (GBS) – Hire To Retire (H2R), bridging digital and human-centered approaches.
