The People Partner function is an integral part of the People Team. We are looking for a consultative, dynamic, and hands-on business partner to help us scale the business and innovative culture with our Enable Global teams (e.g. Legal, HR, IT). In addition to being a business partner to senior leaders of the Enable organization, you will be managing multiple people projects to continue our focus to develop our people programs that excite and retain Boxers. This role will be based in Redwood City and will report into one of our Sr. Director, People Partners.

Requirements

Ideally, you have over 2 years of experience as a HR/People Business Partner experience or adjacent role within a large-scale, global tech organization.

Box lives its values, with community and in-person collaboration being a core part of our culture. Boxers are expected to work from their assigned office a minimum of 3 days per week.

Responsibilities

Serve as a partner to senior business leaders on organizational effectiveness, leadership development, workforce planning, and change management.
Execute the implementation of enterprise-wide HR initiatives (e.g., performance management, engagement surveys, inclusive culture) within assigned business units.
Partner with executive stakeholders to design and drive talent strategies that attract, retain, and develop top talent across global teams.
Provide guidance on complex employee relations issues, organizational design, and team restructures while ensuring alignment with corporate policies and risk mitigation practices.
Integrate and partner with HR colleagues in the Recruiting, Learning & Development, Compensation, Legal, and HR Programs teams to implement solutions and help scale the business
Partner closely with regional HR partners on global strategy and execution
Work closely with our Employee Relations Partners, on employee relations issues
