We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive P&O Generalist to support the day-to-day delivery of People & Organization programs and processes across the employee lifecycle. This position is based in our Henderson, Nevada office, the firm's Support Services headquarters, and requires a regular in-office presence to partner closely with employees, leaders, and shared-services teams. The P&O Generalist will support onboarding and offboarding, P&O operations and compliance, talent acquisition, and employee programs and initiatives. The role serves as a key operational resource responsible for maintaining accurate employee records, supporting workforce reporting, coordinating talent processes, and delivering high-quality employee experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This is an opportunity for an early-career professional to gain broad exposure across multiple areas of People & Organization while building foundational HR and business operations experience.

Requirements

  • BA/BS in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • 1–3 years of professional experience in human resources, people operations, payroll, benefits administration, talent development, or a related function.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet recurring deadlines.
  • Positive attitude, solutions-oriented mindset, and ability to approach challenges with professionalism and resourcefulness.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive employee information with discretion.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and a service-oriented approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate records, and follow processes through completion.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with AI tools including Co-pilot
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment, identify issues, and escalate questions appropriately.

  • Experience working in LinkedIn Recruiter, a plus
  • Familiarity with the following software are a plus: ADP, Salesforce, Acumatica, Core, 3E
  • PHR or SHRM Certifications are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage onboarding and offboarding for employee and contractors, including documentation, internal notifications, system updates, and partnership with relevant stakeholders.
  • Serve as the key point of contact for new hires, helping deliver a positive, organized, and engaging onboarding experience that supports successful integration into the firm.
  • Administer onboarding surveys and analyze feedback to measure satisfaction, identify opportunities for improvement, and enhance the overall employee experience.
  • Coordinate pre-employment activities, including background checks, employment verifications, new-hire documentation, and onboarding communications.
  • Process new-hire, employment-change, and termination documentation accurately and within required timelines.
  • Provide administrative and reporting support for firmwide resource or staffing needs.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential personnel records and employee data across people systems, ensuring data integrity throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Own the administration of people data changes in the HRIS (ADP), including employee updates, audits, record maintenance, and process documentation.
  • Prepare routine and ad-hoc reports related to compensation, recruiting, training, performance management, employee engagement, and workforce analytics.
  • Streamline the delivery of People & Organization data, reporting, and insights to stakeholders across the business, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and accessibility.
  • Assist with employment compliance obligations by preparing required filings, maintaining supporting documentation, and responding to audit requests.
  • Handle employee information with discretion and in accordance with applicable policies and confidentiality expectations.
  • Assist with preparation of payroll and benefits reports.
  • Respond to routine employee payroll and benefits inquiries and escalate complex or sensitive matters as appropriate.
  • Work with leaders to refine job descriptions for approved requisitions and post updated descriptions to the firm's Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Review applications, conduct virtual screenings, summarize candidate notes and own candidate presentation process working collaboratively across business areas.
  • Coordinate key steps in interview process including the facilitation of behavioral, cognitive and technical assessments, scheduling interviews, soliciting interviewer feedback and progressing candidates through the process on a timely basis.
  • Draft employment offers, conduct candidate background-checks, and perform routine maintenance of applicant tracking system and the firm's recruitment dashboard.
  • Assist with reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) including time to fill, applicant success rate, source of candidate application, and tracking employee referrals.
  • Support employee events, including monthly onboarding program, engagement activities, and training events to foster team connection, collaboration, and culture-building.
  • Support major People & Organization initiatives, including the annual performance review cycle, merit planning, open enrollment, training and development programs, employee engagement activities, and other firmwide talent initiatives through coordination, tracking, reporting, and administrative support.
  • Participate in special projects and cross-functional initiatives that support the continued growth, efficiency, and effectiveness of the People & Organization function.
  • Identify and implement process improvements for the P&O function using AI technologies and automated process improvements while safeguarding compliance.
