About The Position

As a People Operations Analyst, you will be a key member of the People team focusing on operational work across HR business orgs, program execution, process improvement, compliance, and championing people data improvements in your area of responsibility, bringing a data-driven but human approach to building People Operations programs that continually “Moves the Line.” Reporting to the Senior People Operations Manager, this role will be integral in helping us to grow and scale as an HR team by optimizing our reporting systems and processes. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the delivery of People Operations processes and programs including but not limited to compensation & benefits, HR systems and technology, HR compliance, end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, and People data & analysis, partnering seamlessly across functional lines with our People Operations, Legal, Finance, and IT teams to spot & solve issues and inform on build out of processes and policies that scale. The PO Analyst position is a management position and incumbents are expected to work independently and exercise independent judgment and initiative.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of HRIS, HR Analytics, or Data Analytics experience on an HR team
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Comfortable discussing complex data with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to work independently as well as work collaboratively
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets Skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, macros, and data validation
  • Data visualization (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
  • Ability to translate data into insights for non-technical audiences
  • Understand APIs and data integrations

Responsibilities

  • Partner on the development and administration of HR programs, change management efforts, annual compliance items (audits and filings as needed such as EEO-1, SOCII), policies, practices, and procedures, including but not limited to performance management, annual compensation planning, daily HR transactions (onboarding, offboarding)
  • Analyze current processes, policies, and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement, and implement solutions and improve operational efficiency by identifying system challenges and implementing procedures and processes to overcome them
  • Proactively identify opportunities and assess improvements to the employee experience and partner with the HR team to develop and implement innovative and lasting solutions
  • Provide ad-hoc or special project data analysis to business
  • Develop and maintain scalable dashboards, reports, and metrics to track key HR performance indicators and identify and advise actionable insights to People Ops Management on initiatives
  • Provide support for inquiries sent from employees; and respond to questions and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Maintain human resources information, audit data, prepare reports, and propose business process improvements and automation
  • Maintain accuracy, data integrity and consistency of HRIS and its employee data, including historical data, through routine audits to ensure employee data issues are reported, tracked, and corrected in a timely manner
  • Develop, generate, and validate reports for various business partners and leaders
  • Document and implement data workflows, process maps, etc. as required
