About The Position

We are currently hiring a Full-Time People Operations Specialist in Boston, Massachusetts. In this role, you’ll support the day-to-day HR operations that keep the employee experience running smoothly. You’ll handle key processes across the employee lifecycle while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution. You’ll also serve as a trusted point of contact for coworkers and managers, helping answer questions and resolve issues with a strong service mindset.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (4-year degree) required
  • 0–2+ years of experience in Human Resources, operations, or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in data and processes
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to follow structured processes and workflows
  • Effective communication and customer service skills
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities

Nice To Haves

  • HR certification
  • Experience with HR systems such as Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) Fusion Cloud
  • Experience working with HR data extracts and system reporting tools

Responsibilities

  • Process employee lifecycle transactions including hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations
  • Execute HR transactions accurately and on time while maintaining up-to-date employee records
  • Ensure alignment and data consistency across Human Resources, payroll, and benefits systems
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries from coworkers and managers
  • Manage incoming requests through shared inboxes or ticketing systems and provide clear, timely communication
  • Escalate and track issues to resolution while maintaining a high level of service delivery
  • Perform quality checks on employee data and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Support audits by maintaining complete and accurate records
  • Assist with HR system updates including testing, validation, and troubleshooting data discrepancies with technical teams
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce errors, and support adoption of new HR programs and tools
