  • Keep processes and records accurate even when things get busy
  • Like owning the details of onboarding and offboarding from start to finish
  • Are comfortable handling compliance paperwork like I-9s and EEO-1 reporting

  • Comfortable managing a busy, detail-heavy workload without letting things slip.
  • Working knowledge of basic employment law and HR compliance.
  • Strong proficiency with spreadsheets and reporting tools, and general comfort learning new systems.

Responsibilities

  • Own our HRIS in Paylocity: configuration, workflows, and integrations.
  • Maintain absolute accuracy on promotions, salary adjustments, terminations, and employee profile updates.
  • Process new hire, status change, and termination paperwork accurately and on time.
  • Manage the recruiting pipeline day to day: sourcing, initial screening, scheduling, interviewing, and offers.

  • Support benefits administration: enrollment, changes, and vendor coordination.
  • Track leave and time-off requests and keep records current.
  • Assist the Director of HR with regular compliance audits, filing requirements including I-9 verification and EEO-1 reporting, and digital employee file maintenance.
  • Model CI's values and Core 10 competencies in every interaction, not just the ones people are watching.
  • Look for ways to cut friction out of HR processes and put new tools, including AI, to work.
