We’re hiring a People Operations Specialist (AMS) to own and elevate the employee experience across our U.S. and Costa Rica workforce. This role sits at the center of execution — strengthening and scaling the operational foundation that supports every stage of the employee journey. As a hands-on individual contributor within a global People Operations model, you will partner closely with the Director, Global People Operations, Team Leads, and cross-functional stakeholders. From onboarding through offboarding, benefits through payroll inputs, and governance through systems optimization, you will ensure our people processes are seamless, scalable, compliant, and experience-driven across jurisdictions. This role is built for someone who thrives in a lean, fast-moving environment — balancing precision with empathy, operational rigor with thoughtful engagement, and autonomy with sound judgment. You’re comfortable working remotely, collaborating across time zones, and contributing meaningfully to a distributed global team.
