We’re looking for a People Operations Project Analyst to help us advance employee initiatives, backed by data analytics. In this role, you’ll apply project management methodologies to execute and measure initiatives across the entire employee lifecycle. This is a hybrid position working from either our Arlington or Herndon, VA office.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis, project coordination, or People Operations
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Tableau, SurveyMonkey, data reporting and organization (Google Suite & Box)
  • Background or strong interest in humans at work and numbers
  • Solid advanced to mid-level skills in Excel are essential
  • Ability to break apart tasks and align stakeholders towards a goal

Responsibilities

  • Apply formal project management frameworks (PMP/Agile) to own - scope, track, and execute - end-to-end People Team (People Operations, Human Resource, and Talent Acquisition) initiatives.
  • Establish and maintain clear reporting (Tableau / Excel / Survey Monkey) for our People Operations.
  • Map and optimize key touchpoints across the employee lifecycle (e.g., mentorship, employee experience, workshops, virtual training, HR initiatives).
  • Design and implement engagement strategies, recognition programs, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Act as a change management project lead to help our team smoothly adopt organizational shifts and new HR initiatives.
  • Design, launch, and analyze new hire and engagement surveys, exit interviews, and support other channels of two-way communication.
  • Translate raw workforce data into actionable insights and executive dashboards.
  • Support complex formulas, basic data analysis, and making spreadsheets work magic for the People Team.
