The Senior Workday HCM / HRIS Analyst serves as a key functional and technical partner to the People Operations and HR Technology teams. This role is responsible for optimizing, maintaining, and enhancing Workday HCM functionality across the organization. The Analyst provides advanced system troubleshooting, configuration support, data analysis, reporting, and serves as a subject matter expert (SME) for Workday functionality, including Core HCM, Absence, Benefits, Security, Payroll, Reporting, and Business Process configuration. This position also supports cross‑functional HR operations by ensuring data integrity, improving system efficiency, and developing scalable processes that enhance employee experience.
