CXG is a growing professional services firm operating in the financial services and compliance space. We support regulated firms nationwide and pride ourselves on being practical, professional, and people-first. While much of our team works remotely, we are intentionally rebuilding a consistent in-office presence in Smithtown, NY. We are looking for someone who enjoys being part of that energy and helping create a well-run, welcoming, and organized workplace. We are seeking an organized, personable People Operations & Office Coordinator to serve as the day-to-day operational glue of our organization. This is an in-office role, Monday through Friday, 9:00am–3:00pm. This position is operations-first. While prior HR experience is helpful, you do not need deep labor law knowledge. We will teach the right person our systems and processes over time. This role is ideal for someone early-to-mid in their career who enjoys keeping things running smoothly, supporting people, and learning how internal operations work in a growing company.
