This is not a typical admin role. We are hiring an Office & People Operations Coordinator to support the operational foundation of Reflex as we scale. You will ensure the office runs smoothly, onboarding is seamless, candidate experiences are well-coordinated, and internal systems stay organized. The role spans workplace operations, recruiting logistics, people ops coordination, and light social/media support. You’ll work closely with our COO and Head of People. We’re a small team, which means high ownership, high equity, and the chance to shape our brand from the ground up. We are looking for someone with an insane work ethic who is obsessed with quality and wants to win.
