Murad is looking for a People Operations Manager to partner closely with the VP, HR & Strategy and the Director of People Operations & Culture in driving key HR programs, advising leaders, and supporting the employee experience across the organization. This role sits at the center of Murad’s people strategy, helping translate business priorities into practical HR solutions that enable teams to perform at their best. In this role, you’ll work across employee relations, compensation programs, performance management, people analytics, and HR systems, serving as a trusted partner to leaders while helping scale the operational backbone of the People function.
