The Role We're looking for our first dedicated People Ops person. Not someone who wants to sit in an office writing policies - someone who wants to build the people infrastructure that helps Key Tech scale (without losing what makes this a truly special place). You'll work directly with our Department of People (DOP) Steering Committee, helping them think strategically about talent while executing the day-to-day of HR operations. This is a team-of-one role, but you'll have a strategic HR advisor to help when you need it. Real autonomy. Real impact.
