As People Operations Manager you’ll be tasked with building out Alaffia’s HR function as we scale from a Series A company to a growth stage company. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role that blends strategy and execution — ideal for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and collaborating with others for meaningful work that will impact every employee. You’ll build out Alaffia Health’s core People Ops infrastructure: compensation and benefits, HR systems, reporting, and compliance, partnering cross-functionally across all departments to drive automation and bring clarity to employee communications, headcount planning, people metrics (from eNPS to time to hire), and decision-making.
