About The Position

We're a rocket-ship cybersecurity startup, and we need someone to help us scale without losing our magic. You'll be building our people ops from scratch—creating the automations, systems, and vibes that make this an amazing place to work. One day you're building automations in Monday.com, the next you're coordinating swag drops - and it all matters. You'll shape our culture, how we work and grow, alongside a team that moves fast and executes. Requirements

  • 3+ years in HR/People Ops
  • Experience building HR processes from scratch
  • Strong skills with HR systems and automation (Monday.com experience is a major plus)
  • Amazing organizational skills and attention to detail
  • High EQ - you're great with people and build relationships easily
  • A "can-do" attitude and the ability to move fast

Responsibilities

  • Build and automate HR processes.
  • Handle office ops and Employee Experience: weekly kitchen orders, swag coordination, space management, vendor relationships.
  • Own the employee lifecycle- onboarding, changes, offboarding, data accuracy
  • Partner closely with Finance and Ops to keep everything running smoothly
  • Support employees with HR questions - you're approachable, discreet, and trustworthy
  • Use AI tools to make work easier and smarter.
  • Jump in on whatever needs doing, big or small.
