About The Position

As our People Operations Generalist, you'll help build and scale the people function at DualEntry. You'll play a key role in supporting our team, enhancing the employee experience and developing the people programs and processes that enable us to grow quickly while maintaining a strong culture. This is an intense, hands-on role with full ownership. We expect you to push for excellence and raise the bar.

Requirements

  • Hardcore work ethic and high agency
  • 5+ years in HRBP, People Operations or HR Generalist roles in high-growth environments
  • Strong operator mindset with a track record of owning end-to-end processes
  • High judgment in handling sensitive and confidential matters
  • Ability to bring structure, clarity and systems to ambiguity
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented and execution-focused

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with US employment practices, payroll coordination and compliance

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end scheduling, prioritization, and executive communication
  • Drive internal coordination to keep cross-functional initiatives aligned and moving
  • Anticipate leadership needs and protect focus on top strategic priorities
  • Manage investor, customer, and partner communication on behalf of the CEO and founders
  • Support HR operations: onboarding, scheduling, documentation, internal coordination
  • Build scalable operational systems - meeting cadences, information flow, execution rhythm
  • Solve complex operational problems with first principles thinking and high-speed execution
  • Drive measurable leverage and operational clarity across the entire company
