As we continue to grow, we are looking for an People Operations Coordinator to be the heartbeat of our workplace. This is a high-visibility role where you’ll be the face of our office while gaining hands-on experience in People Operations and Talent Acquisition. Whether you are a recent graduate looking to launch a career in HR or a professional with a few years of experience looking for a more dynamic, people-centric environment, this role offers a front-row seat to how a growing company operates. Schedule: Onsite Monday through Friday in our new office in Burlington, MA.

Requirements

  • 0–3 years of experience in an administrative, coordination, or customer-facing role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Maintains a business professional appearance and demeanor.
  • High attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn and grow.
  • Interest in developing a career in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or People Operations.
  • Comfortable sitting for long time and being independent.
  • Ability to be onsite 5 days a week.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with our TA Manager in reviewing resumes, manage job postings, and maintaining our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to keep our pipeline organized.
  • Lead the coordination and scheduling of interviews across multiple teams, managing complex calendars and logistics.
  • Provide administrative support for HR programs, reporting, and projects.
  • Help drive and execute internal programs and employee engagement initiatives that make our office a great place to work.
  • Support the HR inbox by ensuring timely responses and proper routing of employee and candidate inquiries.
  • Supporting employee lifecycle activities and logistics throughout onboarding, orientation and offboarding.
  • Lead front-of-office experience, setting standards for a professional, secure, and welcoming environment.
  • Collaborate with safety staff to guide visitors and ensure adherence to security protocols.
  • Own and optimize workplace operations, meeting logistics, and employee experience initiatives.
  • Ensure a clean, organized, and efficient office environment, including communal areas and digital displays.
  • Oversee kitchen inventory, shower room supplies, and wellness room supplies.
