We are looking for a highly organized, process-driven People Operations Coordinator to be the backbone of our HR function. ServiceCore is scaling rapidly (we’ve hired enough teammates to field a Broncos roster in the last 10 months!), and we are transitioning our People function from "firefighting" to "strategic building." You will be the operational engine that keeps the department running. This role will own the critical day-to-day workflows—onboarding logistics, data integrity, and employee support. This is not just a "paper pushing" role; it is an opportunity to build the infrastructure that will support our next stage of growth. You will report to the Director of People Operations as a People Operations Coordinator.
