About The Position

The People Operations Generalist plays a vital role in supporting the operational and cultural initiatives of the People Operations team. This position will be required to be in office 1-2 days per week in the Norcross, GA area.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, or administrative support roles.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in HR systems (e.g., Dayforce) and Microsoft Office/Teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and organize employee files and People Ops documentation in compliance with internal standards and legal requirements.
  • Manage and update templates and documentation used across People Ops processes.
  • Reconcile transactions on the People Ops Concur card and support expense tracking.
  • Provide administrative support for The Delta program and other internal communication initiatives.
  • Provides general administrative support to the Chief People Officer and other team members as needed
  • Assist with data entry, reporting, and system maintenance in Dayforce as needed.
  • Coordinate employee recognition and appreciation programs
  • Utilize Dayforce and Microsoft Teams functionality to promote positive employee engagement and culture-building
  • Support the planning and execution of employee interest group activities and engagement initiatives.
  • Coordinate communications and activities that will foster the HUMAN core values within the company
  • Partner with the marketing team to provide People Ops content for the monthly company newsletter.
  • Assist in planning and documenting People Ops team meetings.
  • Act as a flexible resource (“floater”) for People Ops functions as needed throughout the year such as Open Enrollment, Performance Reviews, Annual Surveys, etc.
  • Participate in special projects and initiatives that support the strategic goals of the People Operations team.
