About The Position

As a People Operations Generalist, you will design, implement, and run core people programs that support performance, growth, and manager effectiveness across Nclusion. You’ll help translate our people strategy into clear, scalable programs that enable employees to thrive and managers to lead effectively. This role is part program design, part execution, and part partnership - working closely with the People Operations and business leaders to ensure people programs are thoughtful, practical, and consistently applied.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience supporting people programs, performance management, or talent initiatives
  • Experience supporting managers through training, tools, or coaching
  • Experience in people programs, talent development, or HR-related roles
  • Strong collaboration skills - The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, growing organization with evolving needs.
  • Program ownership mindset - A track record of building, running, and improving programs from design through execution.
  • Clear communicator - Comfortable creating manager-facing materials and facilitating discussions.
  • Analytical thinking - Able to use data and feedback to improve programs and inform decisions.
  • Interest in mission-driven work - You’re motivated by building equitable, scalable systems that support long-term impact.

Responsibilities

  • Performance Management - Drive and execute company performance cycles, including goal-setting, reviews, and calibration; maintain tools, timelines, and documentation to ensure a consistent experience.
  • Manager Enablement & Training - Design and deliver manager training programs, including new manager onboarding, and create practical resources to support feedback, development, and performance conversations.
  • Career Framework & Leveling - Maintain and evolve career frameworks and leveling guidelines; partner with functional leaders to document role expectations and growth paths.
  • Compensation Programs - Support merit and promotion cycles by preparing guidelines, benchmarking inputs, and manager-facing materials; partner with People Operations on system setup and audits.
  • Workforce Planning Support - Assist with headcount planning, org structure documentation, and scenario analysis to support leadership decision-making.
