About The Position

Aduro Advisors is looking for bright and talented individuals to join our team working to support top-tier clients in the Venture Capital & Private Equity space. Our People Operations team supports our organization of 400+ employees to enhance their employee experience through excellent customer service, knowledgeable support, and supportive programs. Aduro Advisors is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive People Operations Coordinator to join our People Operations team. You will serve as the first-line point of contact for employees at key moments in their careers and help ensure each Aduro employee has a positive experience. This role is ideal for someone who has been looking to move into an HR role and takes pride in providing excellent service and improving processes. Here is the type of work you will do: Ensure a positive onboarding experience for new team members by ensuring all aspects of onboarding are completed accurately and timely including communication with new team members. Ensure a smooth offboarding process, including systems, paperwork, etc. Manage promotions, team changes, and employee data changes in the HRIS (Paylocity) Handle basic requests in the People Ops inbox Manage People documentation, employee files, policy updates, etc. Assist People Business Partners with preparing for monthly meetings Evaluate and improve high-volume People Operations processes The salary range for the People Operations Coordinator position is $57,784-$60,448. Salary is determined based on current market data and candidate experience level.

Requirements

  • Are able to demonstrate integrity and maintain confidentiality
  • Are proactive and results-driven with strong attention to detail
  • Are able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Are proficient in Google Suite applications
  • Have exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Have a service mindset and enjoy interacting with the employees you serve

Responsibilities
