About the Role: The People Operations Associate will support all operational aspects of the employee lifecycle to ensure a seamless and engaging experience for our employees. This role supports key programs and processes including onboarding, offboarding, employee experience and engagement initiatives, immigration administration, and performance management cycles. The role also supports the execution of company-wide people programs such as our volunteer program, Bluevine Cares, and other initiatives and events. In addition, the People Operations Associate provides tactical support for the Jersey City office, partnering closely with onsite building staff to maintain an efficient and employee-friendly work environment.
