We partner with traditional businesses—manufacturing, healthcare, restaurants, and large enterprises—to deeply understand and automate their financial workflows. We’re HQ’d by Madison Square Park in NYC and backed by General Catalyst, Neo, and top operators from Google, OpenAI, Microsoft, Ramp, and Stripe (over $9M raised). You’ll be Sapien’s first dedicated people operations hire. You’ll build the systems and rituals that support our high-performance team: recruiting coordination, candidate experience, onboarding, culture building, and day-to-day people ops. This is a hands-on, builder role. You’ll work directly with founders and hiring managers to shape how Sapien attracts, evaluates, and retains exceptional talent.
