Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in an HR or administrative role preferred.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

Responsibilities

Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
Update and maintain our HRIS systems (BambooHR, ADP, Udemy, Nectar, and Traliant)
Support recruitment processes including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, coordinate background checks, and onboarding new hires.
Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
Administer HR documents such as employment contracts, new hire guides, and policy updates.
Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal policies.
Support benefits administration and employee wellness and inclusion initiatives.
Assist with audits and reporting.
Respond to internal and external general HR-related inquiries or requests and provide assistance.
