HR People Partner in GAC Savannah Unique Skills: This position will be an onsite position at our Savannah location and will be responsible for managing a team of around 700+ employees (exempt/non-exempt). This is a mid-level HR generalist role with emphasis in employee relations and investigations. Further Information: A People Partner supporting the Completions organization must bring strong strategic partnership skills, advanced coaching and mentoring capabilities, and the ability to support a Director or above and their team with proactive, operationally focused guidance. The role requires managing investigations with consistency, fairness, and timeliness, including navigating a steady case volume while maintaining sound judgment and discretion. Success in this environment depends on operating effectively in a fast‑paced, high‑demand setting, anticipating organizational needs, adapting quickly to shifting priorities, and delivering clear, concise executive briefings that translate complex workforce issues into actionable insights. Education and Experience Requirements Bachelor's Degree related field required or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. 2 years related HR experience. Other PHR preferred. Position Purpose : Executes the effective end-to-end delivery of the HR function for given customer/business group through flexible and pragmatic solutions in support of the business plan. This role supports the execution of a strategic workforce plan in their respective area of the business. This role is responsible for assessing the needs of the business and collaborating with subject matter experts within our Centers of Excellence to deliver effective solutions. This position will support part(s) of functional groups that are comparatively moderate in size or complexity.
