About The Position
The People Greeter position is part of the Customer Experience team at Walmart. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting in salesfloor operations to ensure a positive shopping experience and drive customer loyalty. Customer Experience associates interact with every customer, acting as a welcoming presence and a helpful resource, embodying Walmart’s values to everyone who enters the store.
Requirements
- A great attitude and willingness to learn
- Some basic math skills
- Willingness to help solve problems
- Age - 16 or older
