About The Position

The People Experience Advisor is responsible for the local execution of operational HR activities. The Advisor serves as the primary point of contact for employees when self-service or shared services support is not available, and is an integral part of the local BU squad team. Where appropriate, the PE Advisor will support the implementation of local projects or initiatives. All PE Advisors are expected to leverage their Business Unit knowledge to provide local HR services that are relevant and tailored to the needs of the BU/location, such as Time & Attendance support. They must demonstrate a deep understanding of the local BU/location, work as part of the BU squad, and provide business intimacy while supporting the delivery of local HR services. Specific responsibilities include escalating business-specific queries to the BU People Experience Lead and functional queries to the relevant SSC team. They are the key point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR-related queries, self-service transactions, HR portal navigation, policy interpretation, and process support that requires face-to-face interaction and hard copy documentation. The role focuses on enhancing the employee experience and continuously improving end-to-end operational HR services. Key service delivery areas include ongoing onboarding, local learning delivery, time & attendance (plant), local query resolution, and hourly recruitment (plant outside NA). For PE Advisors in non-shared service supported countries and/or plants, they will be responsible for end-to-end HR services. They provide HR advice and guidance related to their BU, empowered to use their judgment and business knowledge to preempt HR concerns and proactively seek solutions. They are responsible for documentation and implementation of local/country-specific policies, identifying service issues, proposing improvements, and supporting the implementation of changes.
