Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, etc.)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Detail-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Capable of planning and executing daily requirements with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

  • Maintain schedules and coordinate calendars for various programs, training, and leadership initiatives.
  • Coordinate communication and scheduling for cyclical People Development sessions with key leaders, ensuring regular engagement with branches through monthly/quarterly touchpoints.
  • Maintain and provide updates to the People Development dashboard, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility for leadership reviews.
  • Administer and report on employee surveys, track participation, and analyze trends to provide meaningful insights to the leadership team.
  • Synthesize current best practices related to culture creation, leadership development, and holistic employee care tailored to our business model.
  • Conduct audits of bootcamp checklists and training completions to ensure compliance and consistency across development programs.
  • Provide administrative support for service trips and experiences, including travel coordination, lodging and logistical planning.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition department to assist with referral tracking, follow-ups, and thank you communications.
  • Perform general administrative duties as needed and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
  • Retrieve candidate assessment results from external platforms to support internship recruitment.
  • Accurately upload completed assessments into the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Ensure timely data entry and organization of assessment documentation.
  • Monitor assessment completion statuses and follow up as needed.
  • Notify recruitment team members when assessment results have been received and uploaded.
  • Maintain consistency and accuracy in file naming, documentation, and tracking.
