The People Development Coordinator at Barnhart is responsible for maintaining schedules, coordinating calendars, and managing communications for various People Development programs, training, and leadership initiatives. This role involves ensuring regular engagement with branches through monthly/quarterly touchpoints, maintaining and updating the People Development dashboard for leadership reviews, and administering employee surveys to track participation and analyze trends. The coordinator will also synthesize best practices for culture creation, leadership development, and employee care, conduct audits of training completions for compliance, and provide administrative support for service trips, including travel and logistical planning. Additionally, the position collaborates with the Talent Acquisition department on referral tracking and performs specific Talent Acquisition duties such as retrieving and uploading candidate assessment results into the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), monitoring completion statuses, and ensuring data accuracy and organization.
