About The Position

As a P eople Development Specialist at Alleima Advanced Materials in Palm Coast, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and sustaining standardized training and development programs that ensure manufacturing employees have the skills, knowledge, and competencies needed to perform safely, consistently, and effectively .

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in training, learning and development, or workforce development within a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain standardized training programs , including onboarding, qualification, cross-training, and refresher training
  • Establish clear training paths aligned with production, quality, and safety requirements
  • Conduct training needs analyses using performance data, audits, and observations
  • Design and deliver effective training using variety of methods
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
  • Collaborate cross functionally to translate technical requirements into operato r friendly training
  • Build and support a structured Train the Trainer program
  • Create and m aintain training documentation, qualification records, and training matrices
