Our products, ranging from ultra-fine wire to precision tubing, enable technologies that improve and save lives every day. From glucose monitors to cochlear implants, our work touches patients across the globe. We are on an exciting growth journey, with new manufacturing sites, strategic acquisitions, and a rapidly expanding global footprint. With production facilities in Germany, Switzerland, Poland, Italy, and the USA, we are proud to be a truly international team. As a People Development Specialist at Alleima Advanced Materials in Palm Coast, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and sustaining standardized training and development programs that ensure manufacturing employees have the skills, knowledge, and competencies needed to perform safely, consistently, and effectively. You are a structured problem solver with a passion for developing people and building capability in a manufacturing environment. With a strong understanding of training and competency development, you know how to design and deliver practical, effective training programs that support safe, consistent, and compliant operations. You bring clear communication and facilitation skills, allowing you to engage entry-level through experienced operators and collaborate effectively with Production, Quality, Engineering, and support teams. You are analytical and observant, able to identify skill and knowledge gaps through performance data, audits, and on-the-floor observations, and translate them into targeted development actions. Comfortable working independently while partnering cross-functionally, you take a hands on, continuous improvement approach to training design, delivery, and evaluation. Your experience maintaining training documentation, qualification records, and training matrices supports both operational excellence and compliance. With 3–6 years of experience in training, learning and development, or workforce development within a manufacturing or industrial environment, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field (or equivalent experience), you bring the credibility and capability to build sustainable training systems and develop internal trainers across the organization. Opportunities to contribute to medical innovations that make a real difference. A collaborative, decentralized environment where your voice matters. Competitive compensation, benefits, and global career development. Why BU Medical? We don’t just make products—we enable breakthroughs.
