About The Position

As a People & Culture Specialist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring exceptional employee engagement, streamlined HR operations, and a culture that empowers growth. You will be the bridge between our people and processes—driving initiatives that enhance productivity, satisfaction, and retention.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant HR or people operations experience.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and labor regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, nightshift work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle management, from onboarding to exit processes, ensuring smooth transitions and a consistent employee experience
  • Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of employee records
  • Conduct onboarding sessions and ensure all employee documentation and system entries are completed in compliance with company standards.
  • Oversee employee benefits administration, including fuel and medical allowances, ensuring accurate processing and record-keeping.
  • Coordinate the account opening process for new hires in collaboration with relevant departments.
  • Collect, validate, and submit all necessary payroll and employee lifecycle-related inputs, ensuring timely processing.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with internal policies and local labor laws throughout all HR operations.
  • Utilize spreadsheet tools and HR data analytics to track, analyze, and report on key HR metrics for continuous improvement.
