About The Position

The People & Culture Program Specialist is responsible for leading the design, development, and execution of both new and existing People & Culture programs across key domains. This job drives end-to-end program ownership, ensuring initiatives are scalable, impactful, and aligned with organizational priorities. As a contributor, they partner closely with stakeholders across the business and P&C to deliver best-in-class programs, enhance employee experience, and continuously improve processes through data-driven insights and strategic thinking.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary degree/diploma in Human Reources or a related field
  • CHRP, or equivalent certification(s)
  • Proven track record of progressive experience in Human Resources
  • Strong project and program management capabilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite of products with extensive use of Power Point and MS Excel
  • Experience with reporting, analytics, and data-driven decision-making
  • Solid understanding of change management principles and concepts
  • HR expertise across multiple domains (e.g., talent/career management, performance, engagement, rewards and recognitions, L&D)
  • Tech-curious - Openness and curiosity to utilize AI technology to create efficiencies
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
  • Strong ability to self-manage and lead initiatives with minimal oversight
  • Highly organized with exceptional planning and prioritization skills
  • Customer-focused with a strong sense of urgency and accountability
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate big-picture goals into actionable plans
  • Strong intuition to lead discovery and associate business objectives with P&C needs

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end development of new P&C programs and strategic initiatives (including pilot programs), from ideation and requirements gathering through to design, implementation, and launch
  • Own and manage ongoing programs, ensuring effective coordination, communication, and execution of recurring activities
  • Drive continuous improvement across programs, establishing and evolving best-in-class standards at a regional and global level
  • Translate business needs into structured, scalable program frameworks and actionable plans
  • Design, deliver, and continuously enhance global talent management programs in partnership with regional and global talent management teams, including: Rewards and Recognition programs, Performance Management (e.g., talent assessments, quarterly reviews, 360 feedback), Employee engagement initiatives (e.g., GPTW, DEI programs) in collaboration with the Talent Management team, Learning and development - Manager and employee training initiatives as it relates to P&C subject matter
  • Reinforce manager capability through structured programming and tools that support performance and development conversations
  • Partner across P&C and the broader business to support initiatives outside of direct ownership, contributing to communication strategies, content development, and change management plans
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to shape program direction, gather insights, and ensure alignment with P&C strategy
  • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders by providing guidance on program design, execution, and continuous improvement
  • Define success metrics and evaluate the effectiveness of programs using data and feedback
  • Leverage reporting and analytics to generate insights, inform decision-making, and enhance program outcomes
  • Identify trends and recommend improvements to increase engagement, efficiency, and impact
  • Manage and resolve complex (Tier 3) employee and manager inquiries related to your domain(s), in collaboration with the talent management and advisory team
