The People and Culture Advisor is a trusted business partner and collaborative advisor for diverse client groups on all things people and culture related. This particular position will support our Operations Division, with a strong focus on labour relations. This position acts as a trusted partner on a broad range of matters, and the ability to pivot quickly and adjust priorities each day in support of our dynamic workplace is a must. No two days are alike! Working closely with leaders across the organization, you will independently provide practical, solutions-focused advice on complex workplace and labour relations matters.
