Requirements

  • 3+ years of HR Generalist experience.
  • Experience working in a high growth professional services organization.
  • Ability to build relationships and partner effectively with team members and leaders across a global, distributed workforce.
  • Sound judgment and ability to navigate sensitive situations with discretion.
  • Interest in improving processes and contributing ideas.
  • Ability to analyze people data, identify meaningful trends, and translate insights into practical recommendations.
  • Curiosity for and confidence in using AI to create efficiencies.
  • Ability to anticipate, identify, and resolve problems in a timely manner.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills and the ability to prepare board-ready presentations.
  • Proficient in the use of Outlook, MS Suite (including PowerPoint), and Adobe.
  • Experience with HRIS and ATS software, and hiring platforms, such as LinkedIn and Indeed.
  • Composure and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to balance competing priorities through change, delays, and unexpected events.

Responsibilities

  • Manage job postings, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Build talent connections through career fairs, university partnerships, and outreach activities.
  • Prepare offers, coordinate onboarding, and ensure new hires have the necessary support.
  • Strengthen connections and belonging through wellness, recognition, and engagement programs.
  • Analyze people data to identify trends, opportunities, and develop corrective action plans.
  • Create programs that inspire high-performance behaviors, including performance feedback, career pathing, and learning and development.
  • Coordinate exit interviews and support offboarding to capture insights and improve the employee experience.
  • Identify and implement improvements to HR processes for consistency, efficiency, and scalability.
  • Advise leaders on performance management and employee relations matters with discretion and empathy.
  • Support benefits administration, new hire orientations, and annual open enrollment.
  • Track and manage initiatives such as referral bonuses, volunteer time off, and donation matching.
