About The Position

The People & Business Enablement Partner (PBE) is a strategic business partner function focused on enabling organizational performance through people, culture, and capability. This role involves partnering with managers and employees to provide people advisory, workforce support, and People & Business Enablement services within the business area. The PBE will apply enterprise people frameworks and data-driven insights to improve workforce effectiveness, employee experience, and business performance.

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years experience in People & Business Enablement/ HR Advisory
• Experience in People & Business Enablement / HR Advisory
• Experience in Business Partnering
• Experience in HR Multidisciplinary Execution
• Experience in Business Enablement
