The People and Organizational Development (POD) team provides comprehensive Human Resource support for UBC Sauder, serving over 300 employees, hundreds of student workers, and over 200 faculty members. The POD team's mission is to attract and retain top talent and foster a sense of belonging and community by creating meaningful and engaging work experiences. The People and Organizational Development Assistant will oversee a portfolio to support employees and student workers, coordinate HR functions with managers, faculty, and leaders, and perform complex administrative tasks within the POD unit, including supporting orientation and engagement initiatives and events.
