The Bunge Summer Internship program is a 12-week developmental experience designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of the business through structured learning goals, hands-on projects, and Bunge knowledge. It includes soft skills training, assignments with specific goals and deliverables, and networking opportunities with leaders through a Lunch and Learn Series. The program aims to grow careers in multiple Corporate and Commercial functions. The People Analytics and Workforce Planning Intern will support the team with initiatives to improve data quality, streamline reporting processes, and enhance documentation standards. This role involves assisting in data validation, analysis, and insights generation for HR and business stakeholders using platforms like SAP and Tableau. The intern will also job shadow cross-functional teams within HR Strategy and Insights CoE and the broader Human Resources organization, learn to use Microsoft Office tools in a business environment, and complete a summer project to present to Bunge leadership.
