Veeva is looking for a People Analyst to support our global Talent Attraction team. This role will report to the Director of Employee Success Operations and act as the subject-matter expert on our talent attraction tech stack, integrations, data, and reporting. This is a high visibility role that will help Veeva to attract the best talent to apply and support Veeva leadership to make data-driven hiring decisions. This is a remote, full-time permanent role with Veeva. Veeva Systems does not anticipate providing sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H-1B, OPT) for this employment position.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of practical analytics experience in a people or marketing analytics position.
  • Proficient in at least one programming language used for data analysis (e.g., SQL, Python) and a BI tool (Sigma, Tableau, Domo, Google Data Studio)
  • Strong communicator who is able to convey complex technical concepts in simple terms.
  • A strong desire to work within an intense, challenging, and team-first environment that prioritizes agility and continuous improvement.
  • Authentic passion for HR/ Talent Analytics

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with all of Employee Success to understand the nuances of how to answer business questions with data & hypothesis testing.
  • Transform analytical findings into compelling, easy-to-digest narratives and visuals (dashboards, presentations) that influence hiring strategy and drive action
  • Act as the operational subject-matter expert, driving excellence and high data standards across the Talent Attraction tech stack (ATS, HRIS, etc.).
