As the People Administrator, you will support the HR administrative tasks for the People Operations team. This role involves a variety of administrative and support tasks within the HR and payroll departments. Responsibilities include generating collection letters, managing the contact center and mail services, and coordinating new hire welcome emails for Canada and expats. The role also supports education assistance programs and processes access requests for the employee store. Additional tasks involve handling Medicare Part B forms and e-filing duties, verifying employment, processing severance prior to HRIS input, managing new parent gift requests, and handling visa letters. The position also requires processing EDD forms, responding to workers' compensation requests, retrieving W2s, and addressing Workday-related cases such as payroll ID retrieval, legal name changes, emergency contact updates, and home address changes.
