About The Position

Clinton Electric Company is hiring experienced residential journeyman electricians. This is residential work only — no new construction tract jobs, no long-term commercial travel. You'll do service, repair, and upgrades in homes: panel work, lighting, wiring repairs, EV chargers, and troubleshooting. Pennsylvania electricians are welcome, and the company makes the transition to Maryland licensing easy for those with 4+ years of documented residential electrical experience. The role involves working in homes, focusing on panel work, lighting, wiring repairs, EV chargers, and troubleshooting. The commute from southern PA areas like York, Shrewsbury, Stewartstown, Delta, Lancaster, and Harrisburg is typically 35-60 minutes.

Requirements

• 4+ years of residential electrical experience (service and repair background strongly preferred)
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Strong customer-communication skills
• Clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check
• Journeyman license preferred (any state) — or documented experience qualifying you to sit for the MD exam
