Pendleton Senior Service Associate Color Matcher
About The Position
The Associate is responsible for pulling dye batch records and calculating formulas for each dye set and boil out that is scheduled in the dye house. The Associate will be responsible for reviewing shade on each set that is dyed and approve or disapprove sets before releasing them to finishing. The Associate will evaluate shade by comparing swatches to a master both visually and with a Datacolor spectrophotometer unit. The Associate must be safety oriented and work effectively with other team members in the dye service department. The Associate will receive Level 2 pay upon completion of training and certification. The Associate is also responsible for doing any other tasks assigned by department manager.
Requirements
- Must be an independent thinker capable of making decisions given the information available.
- Computer skills are a necessity.
