About The Position

Bodies in Balance is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist with interest (with coursework completion) or experience in pelvic health / women’s health to join our growing outpatient team. This is a full-time or part-time position in Wilmington/Leland, NC. We are a collaborative, PT-owned practice that prioritizes one-on-one care and clinician development, offering the opportunity to expand and specialize in pelvic health.

Requirements

• Licensed (or eligible) Physical Therapist in North Carolina
• Solid orthopedic foundation
• Team-oriented with a commitment to clinical excellence

Nice To Haves

• Experience or strong interest in pelvic health preferred
• Coursework completion in pelvic health

Responsibilities

• Deliver 100% one-on-one patient care
• Manage a primarily pelvic health/ women's health caseload ( > 90% caseload)
• Treat orthopedic & functional mobility deficit patients for variety and skill integration
• Contribute to program growth and collaborate with a supportive clinical team
