About The Position

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Brevard, NC is seeking a Pelvic Health Physical Therapist to join their growing outpatient practice. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a clinician who enjoys building patient relationships, collaborating with a supportive team, and helping expand pelvic health services while continuing to treat a diverse outpatient caseload. The clinic values quality patient care, manageable caseloads, and professional growth. The position focuses on exceptional patient care with an average of 12 patients per day, one-on-one treatment sessions with 40-minute appointments, and the opportunity to grow and expand the Pelvic Health program. The caseload is diverse, including Pelvic Health, Orthopedic, Balance & Vestibular, and Neurological conditions. AI-assisted documentation technology is used to reduce documentation time.

Requirements

Active North Carolina Physical Therapist license (or ability to obtain)
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Excellent communication and patient education skills
Passion for providing compassionate, individualized care
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment

Nice To Haves

Experience treating pelvic floor patients is strongly preferred
Pelvic Health certification is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients with pelvic floor dysfunction, including urinary and bowel conditions, pelvic pain, pregnancy and postpartum conditions, and related diagnoses
Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
Provide patient education to improve long-term outcomes
Treat orthopedic patients as part of a well-rounded outpatient caseload
Collaborate with physicians and referring providers to grow pelvic health referrals
Maintain timely, accurate documentation using AI-assisted technology
