Outpatient Pelvic Floor Therapist - PT/PTA
About The Position
We are looking for PASSIONATE, HIGH ENERGY and MOTIVATED therapist to join our team! We currently need to fill a PT/PTA position with a therapist interested in providing women's PELVIC FLOOR physical therapy as a portion of their caseload. On-site and on-line training (Herman & Wallace) will be available if not currently practicing pelvic floor rehabilitation. If you have an endless passion for providing exceptional intervention, you are skilled in interpersonal relationships, you thrive on personal and professional development and you are a lightning-fast learner then you might just be the therapist we are looking for! Balance Solutions is a large physical therapy private practice & wellness clinic consisting of 10 physical therapists, 8 physical therapist assistants, and 3 licensed massage therapists as well as a full front office & billing staff! Balance Solutions provides exceptional health care, excellent customer service and incredible clinical outcomes. We are continuously growing, and we need a new Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team! This fantastic and unique role is for both full-time and/or part-time employment!

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional intervention to all patients
- Adhere to the Balance Solutions systems and clinic procedures
- Promote and encourage wellness & maintenance care
- Work with physical therapists, assistants & massage therapists where patients are co-managed
- Embody the professionalism of the post and be a role model for your team members
- Achieve and be accountable for your clinical and non-clinical goals/targets as agreed by practitioner and management
