The Commercial Aircraft A220 program is looking for painters to join our team based in Mirabel (Québec, Canada). Requirements
- An A.P.S. Industrial Painting / Aerospace Flaps OR; A D.P.S. Bodywork OR; A D.C.S.Aerospace Painting OR; A high school diploma or equivalent AND possess a minimum of 3 years of experience as a coach builder in the automobile or Aerospace sector within the last 5 years
- You demonstrate autonomy, initiative, and work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- You will be required to work in confined spaces on a regular basis
- You will be required to work at heights up to 150 feet
- You have the ability to adopt and maintain various physical positions as required by the job
- Mandatory wearing of a mask, in compliance with health and safety regulations. The mask must fit snugly, adhere closely to the skin, and fully cover the nose and mouth.
- Imperative to maintain a clean-shaven face to ensure optimal mask fit.
- Awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity
Responsibilities
- Primarily support part preparation (including sanding, polishing, and masking), and assist in aircraft painting and post-paint touch-ups
- Adhere to health, safety, and environmental standards
- Ensure compliance with production standards and deadlines
- Perform any other related duties based on experience and qualifications
