Radiant North is seeking a compassionate, empathetic, and motivated Peer Support Skills Trainer to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals experiencing mental health and/or addictions crises. This role provides hope, encouragement, and practical support to individuals in crisis, delivering immediate, on-site assistance in a community-based setting. The Peer Support Skills Trainer will teach and reinforce coping skills, recovery strategies, and wellness tools, while collaborating with therapists and other members of the crisis team. The position emphasizes the power of recovery and using personal experience to support others through challenging times. All employees are required to comply with organizational health and infection prevention requirements, including providing documentation of immunization status, completing health screenings, and adhering to communicable disease prevention protocols.
